The thesis deals with the research of the theoretical and applied aspects of the criminal law characteristics of intermediation in the provision and (or) receipt of undue benefit. The concept of intermediation in graft has been determined. It was found that the intermediation in graft aimed at organizational, informational, intellectual, technical, physical and what - or other assistance in the conclusion of a corrupt deal between its main parties.
