Velychko I. The system of risks reinsurance in property industrial insurance

The thesis is concerned with the theoretical and practical issues of a new concept "The system of risks reinsurance in property industrial insurance (SRR-PII)" and its components. The important role of reinsurance in property industrial was analyzed and demonstrated. The main results of the thesis are: the definition of conditions and needs for reinsurance in the property industrial insurance; formulation of the concept and main components of the SRR-PII; underpinning the importance and characteristics of the business-process of identification and risk assessment for effective implementation of reinsurance; identification of the possible conditions in reinsurance risk transfer as the ultimate level of industrial property valuation; establishing the importance and features of the claims settlement on insurance and reinsurance contracts; development of the proposals for an effective risk management in the industrial enterprise; description of the usage of international experience for risk assessment by Ukrainian companies; implementing the objectives and formulation of the principles of the SRR-PII; determination of the effect of their usage and impact on the reinsurance practice.
