Churpiy V. Clinical duration and surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis in elderly and senile age of patients.

Object - аcute calculous cholecystitis (ACСh) in elderly and senile age patients; goal – increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment of elderly and senile age with ACСh by developments optimal criteria for the diagnosis and surgical tactics in view of features of inflammation in this age period; methods – physical, general clinical laboratory, ultrasound, X-ray, computed tomography, statistical; results – the dependence of the growth of the concentration of TNF-? to 1,55 ± 0,13 ug/ml in patients with middle and old age, in whom the clinical picture of the ACСh did not require differential diagnosis, while a comparison group of patients, it was 0,61 ± 0,08 ug/ml, which can be regarded as a manifestation of the destructive effect of the implementation of the system; for the first time found that the patients of elderly and senile age with ACСh showing signs of hepatic perfusion disorders; first established in patients of elderly and senile age with signs of hypoxia ACСh both kidneys, which had a direct relationship with the violation of systemic hemodynamics and development of SIRS, and its normalization depended on the timing of surgery and rehabilitation purulent focus; branch – medicine.
