Essay

The object of research: the late stage pipeline operation. Subject of research: process piping material deformation increase due to prolonged exposure to the operating environment (soil electrolyte). Research methods. Theoretical studies carried out on the basis of modern methods of fracture mechanics, mechanics of corrosion, corrosion electrochemistry stress and strain of metal. Experimental studies performed using strain gauges and methods developed by potentiometry method based automated test system with computers. For the first time studied long term exploited pipe steel deformation identified jumps in the long loading in acidic soil electrolytes. First obtained functional relationships for predicting the deformation kinetics pipe steels (17HS and 19H) in 12-modeling environments with reliable probability mathematical description within 0,96-0,98. The method for ranking soils danger of corrosion and mechanical processes and proposed as characteristic parameters of the angle of the final section deformation curve, absolute and relative growth rates of deformation. The degree of implementation - method of determining pipeline sections with increased risk of corrosion and mechanical degradation introduced at enterprises UMG "Kievtransgaz" UMG "Lvivtransgas" and UMG "Cherkasytransgas". The field of application - gas transportation company.
