Lalak O. Social and communicative technologies of intercultural cooperation between the system of local government and civil society organizations (on the example of Lviv).

Thesis is dedicated to the complex research of social and communication technologies of intercultural cooperation between the system of local government and civil society organizations (on the example of Lviv). In this paper there were categorially identified subjects of public relations, who are able to introduce professional standards of creating a compromise communicative reality. It was also found the criteria of social and communication technologies of optimization the intercultural cooperation between the system of local government and civil society organizations. Author singled out some methodological and technological aspects of teaching tolerance in the social activity: an interactive event "living library", a brainstorming session, a competent implementation of intercultural education (for example, in Lviv). The author determined the mass media prerequisites for development and spreading of memes as communication technologies, during the undeclared "hybrid" cyber-war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. According to the results of analytical tools of SWOT-analysis, there were indicated main ways of realization of social communication between national and cultural associations, foreign Ukrainians and maternal nation.
