Nakonechna L. Violence as a Cross-Criminal Notion

The complex research of violence as a cross-cutting criminal has been presented in the thesis. Its content and scope have been analyzed, the issues of punishabilily and qualification of crimes, the essenyial element whereof the violence is, have been determined. New theoretical statements and amendments to Exceptional Part of Criminal Code of Ukraine in scopes of regulating responsibility for crimes, the essential element whereof the violence is, have been suggested. Specific proposals regarding introducing changes and additions to the Criminal Code of Ukraine clauses, containing the specification of data violence and its acts have been articulated.
