Essay

The development of the doctrine of qualifying features is investigated. Foreign experience of the differentiation of criminal responsibility, using these features is researched. Significant features of the phenomenon is spoken are established, author's definition of the concept of qualifying features is formulated on this base. Theirs systemic is justified; differentiation from other means of differentiation of criminal responsibility is done. Condition of the system of qualifying features in the criminal code of Ukraine is analyzed.
