The thesis focuses on the theoretical and methodological grounds for development and effective implementation of organizational culture within a corporate body. This work substantiates the author's concept of "organizational culture" and considers the methods of evaluation, as well as the basic components of such organizational culture. The paper offers the approach to find out the factors influencing the organizational culture of a company. The structural-logic model has been developed describing the system of the corporate organizational culture up-building, efficient maintenance and upgrading based on the key objectives, viz. establishing the relationship between the subjects and objects of management; ascertaining the functionability of such model; determining the applicability of certain methods and tools to be used to implement such model within a company; adoption of diagnostic basic principles and system of values; determining the conformity of the existing organizational culture to the mission, goals, values and key strategic development priorities for the company in question.
