The thesis is devoted to solving important scientific and applied tasks justification of theoretical principles and identifying areas of improvement of management of state budget revenues in Ukraine. To solve this problem was identified theoretical and methodological foundations of systematic research nature of the state budget revenue management and its role in the financial system of the state. Studied components of management in government revenues, international experience systematically managing income and envisage its adaptation to local realities.
