Essay

The object of study: the process of improving the management of personnel motivation system of agricultural enterprises. Objective: To develop and study theoretical and methodological foundations, conceptual approaches and proposals for improving the management of personnel motivation agricultural enterprises that will enhance efficiency, increase product competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets. Methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, structural-functional, absolute and relative values, generalizing the characteristics of forecasting, abstract logic, correlation and regression analysis. Scientific novelty: the first reasonable construction management personnel motivation agricultural enterprises of the determining areas of self-identity, of social and cultural development of individual employees and offered an assessment of motivation; improved staff motivation nature management, classification of the main types of staff motivation and classification of non-financial incentives, the basic motivational process stage, the main stages of wage formation motivational incentives staff; received further improve the mechanism of process efficiency wage personnel motivation model, methodical approaches to determine the impact on staff motivation management mechanism to ensure the efficiency of enterprises.
