The object of study: the process of improving the management of personnel motivation system of agricultural enterprises. Objective: To develop and study theoretical and methodological foundations, conceptual approaches and proposals for improving the management of personnel motivation agricultural enterprises that will enhance efficiency, increase product competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.
