Essay

The essence of the economic categories of "management of quality of products", "system of quality management" was clarified in the dissertation. The main factors of quality of products were identified and grouped. The methodical toolkit for estimates of quality of vegetables from greenhouses was improved by means of the development of the systematization of indicators and methods of quality product estimates. The structure of quality management system of vegetables production in greenhouses, the role of standardization and certification of quality management of these products were considered. The modern trends in the development of the vegetables production in greenhouses in agriculture in Ukraine were considered, the low and unstable level of the efficiency in this production was revealed. The influence of the price mechanism to ensure product quality in greenhouses was defined. The organization of quality management of vegetables production in greenhouses was considered. The deepening of the methodological foundations of economic assessment of the efficiency of the implementation and certification of quality management systems in agricultural enterprises has been done. The conceptual foundations of marketing of quality and its components were developed. An improvement of the design of logistics systems in the production of vegetables due to the principles of food safety system HACCP was offered.
