In dissertation there are grounded theoretical and practical reference of implementations organizational-economic mechanism of quality management of products of agroindustrial enterprises in the conditions of market relations. The method of estimation of satisfaction of user is developed by the products of processing enterprises on the basis of the discount system of management, which substantially abbreviates time on collection and treatment of information. The structure of organizational-economic mechanism of quality management is improved by the products of enterprises, action of which is based on the account of influencing of factors of external environment and use of specific tool and programs of informative support, which provide purposefulness and capability of the system of management by quality of products of enterprises. The system of internal audit of quality management of products of enterprises, which gives possibility to provide effectiveness of administrative policy of enterprise with the target of providing of efficiency of its economic activity, is developed, to decrease the risks economic, production, social, ecological et al, to promote quality of products of enterprise, its development. Directions of informative support of development of the system of quality management of products of processing enterprises are certain on the basis of perfection of case frame by an informative base and tool of acceptance of administrative decisions. Classification of groups of factors which affect forming and development of the system of management by quality of products of processing enterprises is offered.
