Meshan I. Social partnership in the management of public social services in Ukraine: regional context

This research focuses on social partnership in the management of institutions of public social services at the regional level. It's been determined that social partnership can be seen in the context of value-regulatory system of social interaction of social partnership (actors) and the status and position of role of social partnership. The essence and content of social partnership as a social interaction is based on the concept of the theory of social exchange. The institution of social service acts as a form of social assistance, depending on the value-regulatory system of the society, and how social practices and social interaction of social partnership are governed by established rules and regulations based on the concept of social partnership.
