Essay

Object - the process of forming small elements of sheet details way AGS; the purpose-increase of efficiency of technological operations AGS small items sheet metal parts through the optimization of field loads of blanks; novelty-first produced recommendations for the management of field loads for high-quality punching parts and recommendations for choosing the optimal treatment regimens; the proposed physical model and computational method for the process of propagation of shock waves in the discharge chamber of various configurations; derived and tested a new formula for calculating the pressure at the shock wave front depending on the energy parameters of the discharge circuit and the geometrical dimensions of the discharge chamber, which allowed to define a field of loading of the workpiece by shock waves depending on the above parameters.
