Chuchylina K. Professional success factors of young specialists in the modern Ukrainian society.

Object: professional success of young specialists in the modern Ukrainian society. Purpose: identifying factors and mechanisms of professional success achieving of young specialists in the modern Ukrainian society. Methods: Retrospective analysis, systems analysis, synthesis, rationale, comparative analysis, surveys, document analysis, correlation and cluster analysis, secondary data analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the professional success of young specialists considered as a systemic phenomenon; from empirical typology, by cluster analysis were identified three groups of young specialists in terms of their professional success; proved that in the conditions of modern Ukrainian society practices of professional success achieving of young specialists transformed from industrial type of society for those that are effective in the information society; identified objective and subjective factors of the young specialists evolution from the existing professional status to specialist and / or professional. Novelty: conceptualization of the professional success of young specialists phenomenon and their conditioning factor predetermination in the conditions of modern Ukrainian society. Degree of implementation: obtained practical results were tested and implemented in the activities of such companies as "Clinic Medstar" LLC, "New Medikal Tehnologies" LLC, "INTERTEHNOMED" LLC, "Glam" LLC, "Portal-project" LLC.
