Essay

In the thesis the complex historical and legal analysis of formation and development of judicial system of Ukraine is carried out to the period from 1991 to 2012. The features of the historiography of the research of judicial system of Uk¬raine are considered. In the thesis is investigated historical and legal prere-quisites of the formation of judicial system of Ukraine. The definition of the concept of judicial system is analyzed and proper definition of this concept is given.
