Essay

The thesis is one of the first complex general theoretical research in domestic legal science, which dedicated to the branch legal comparativistics, its status definition and to its potential cooperation with other legal and humanitarian sciences and the determination of its place in the system of legal education. Branch comparative law acts as an auxiliary academic discipline within the framework of comparative law because on the formation of the subject of branch comparative law also affects the subject of the relevant branch of law, one can argue about the «dual subordination» of its subject.
