Pereverza I. General theoretical approaches to modeling advocacy

Dissertation is devoted to a complex of general theoretical research of approaches to modeling the advocacy. The subjective, institutional and functional approaches are used for modeling the institution of Bar and advocacy in order to determine the important components of the research object. Within the framework of the subjective approach the status models of legal aid and models of the admission of foreign lawyers are defined. Depending on the status of the subjects of legal aid the status models include the family model and professional contract model of advocacy. It is noted that the status models of the Bar also apply to the gender advocacy. Determined that models of the admission of foreign lawyers include banning, restriction and free models, depending on the admission of foreign lawyers to provide legal services on the territory of the receiving state.
