Essay

Thesis is the first in Ukraine complex criminological research of criminality in the tourism business sphere. The current state, dynamics and structure of criminality, reasons and courses of crimes in the tourism business sphere are analyzed there. The basic characteristics of individuals that committed crime in the sphere of tourist business have been researched, and on this basis the generalized criminological characteristics of personality of individuals has been made. The complex of criminality prevention measures in this sphere is worked out. The victimological direction of crimes prevention in the tourist sphere is formulated.
