Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the role and characteristics of disturbances oxidant and antioxidant, proteolytically-inhibitory and immune system in the pathogenesis of experimental allergic alveolitis and their correction thiotriazolin. For the first time found that in experimental allergic alveolitis is a gradual accumulation of products of lipid peroxidation, increased activity proteolysis and humoral immunity against the background suppression performance antioxidant, inhibitory systems, cellular immunity in the blood, lungs and liver, especially in the 34th and 44th days of the formation of this experimental models of the disease. Proved pronounced antioxidant and immunocorrective influence of Thiotriazoline on metabolic parameters violated the conditions of allergic alveolitis.
