Essay

This research is devoted to the studying of the peculiarities functional state of liver violations in the pathogenesis of the experimental pneumonia under the condition of the immobilization stress before and after the treatment with corvitini. At first it was revealed that during the experimental pneumonia under the condition of the immobilization stress the gradual hyperprodaction of lipid peroxidation and decreasing in antioxidant enzyme activity in the liver. The violation of the integrity the membranes of hepatocytes, output in the blood of transaminase, development of the endogenous intoxication ,changes in protein, lipid and pigment metabolism in the 6th, the 10th day of an experiment. At first it was proved the corrective influence of corvitini on violated indexes of metabolic processes.
