Essay

The notion of violent crimes against property was defined. The system of corpus deliciti of crimes against property containing signs of violence under the law of those states was created. It was concluded, that the differentiation of criminal responsibility for violent crimes against property under the criminal law of Poland is very limited compared to the laws of Ukraine. Corpus deliciti elements and signs of fundamental and qualified crimes against property due to the legislation of Ukraine and Poland were analyzed as well.
