The dissertation defines the notion of a policy in the sphere of counteraction crimes, analysis the signs that her peculiar, investigated the history of its formation and development. The special attention is spared to the structure of policy in the sphere of counteraction crimes, in particular to her elements and levels. Investigated subjects and participants, principles, and also sources, purpose, and tasks. Maintenance of these notions is exposed.International experience of the normative providing of policy in the sphere of counteraction crimes is studied. The scientific and normative providing of policy in the sphere of counteraction crimes in Ukraine is analysed.
