Getman O. Transformation of organizational structures of construction industry enterprises in their development

The thesis is devoted to theoretical ground and practical solutions to actual sci-entific and practical problem, namely the improvement of theoretical and methodo-logical approaches and develop practical recommendations for aggregate formation and action sequences from the transformation of organizational structure in the de-velopment process with the influence of environmental factors. In this work the theoretical bases of the transformation of organizational struc-tures, the impact of development on the transformation process model of conflict and conflict management, the impact of the environment on enterprises. The above has allowed improved methodological approaches to managing con-flict between functional components of the enterprise; to determine the effect of the environment of the enterprise; methodical approach to transforming its organizational structure, integrated approach to the use of schools of strategic management in the management process of enterprise development; identify system of indicators to measure the efficiency of transformation of the organizational structure, improve the classification approach to the transformation process, develop the concept of "enter-prise development".
