The thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, specialty 08.00.04 - economics and management enterprises (by the kinds of economic activity). - The National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv, 2016. The thesis is dedicated to development of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations on the formation of economic security of food industry enterprises. Author's vision of the essence of "economic security' has been laid down, category of "economic security" at the national and sectoral levels was specified, which explains their interdependence in the process of enterprises economic security. Components of enterprises economic security were grounded and systematized; the model of enterprises economic security has been developed. It was offered the method of assessing the level of economic security of the food industry enterprises by estimating a level of components of formation of enterprise economic security and specifying integrated index. We propose the mechanism of formation of enterprises economic security, including the measures of state regulation that have an impact on the organization of economic security. The influence of indicators of financial components of enterprises economic security on the level of its formation using Mamdani algorithm for the optimal level of enterprises economic security in terms of food industries was first identified.
