The thesis analyzed the current status of conformity assessment explosion-proof equipment. The problems of adaptation of the technical regulation equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres EC requirements. Methodical recommendations on procedures for conformity assessment Directive 2014/34/EC, which resulting conformity assessment process in line with international requirements. Developed a model project "Regulation of the sectoral group of notified bodies ", which promotes implementation of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment". "The system management as a manufacturer of explosion-proof equipment, which includes the specific requirements of the standard ISO / IEC 80079-34". The draft National Standard "Methodology for risk assessment of electrical equipment and components intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres".
