Sakhnenko A. Balancing of the assortment portfolio of food enterprises in the context of food security

Thesis on the receipt of scientific degree of candidate of economic sciences by speciality 08.00.04 - economy and management enterprises (by the types of economic activity). - the National university of food technologies of Ministry education and science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2016. Thesis deals with balancing of the assortment portfolio of food enterprises in the context of food security. The paper summarizes the theoretical approaches to the definition of concepts such as food security, assortment portfolio, principles of food security, rationality, balance. There were analyzed the state of the market of meat products in Ukraine, food security in the country and the state of the consumer basket in Ukraine. The methodical approach to the assessment of the food security with the respective distribution on: catastrophic, crisis, unstable, harmonious and unbalanced was offered.
