Melnychuk O. Theoretical and legal analysis of religious organizations activities in a democratic state

The thesis is dedicated to the theoretical-juridicial analysis of the religious organizations' functioning in democratic state. In the work the historiography of the relationships between religious organizations and the state is analyzed, methodological bases of the relationships between religious organizations and the state are emphasized. The modern juridical model of the relationships between religious organizations and the state in the European countries is examined, the interaction between religious organizations and the state in the post-Soviet countries is analyzed, the modern juridical model of the relationships between religious organizations and foreign countries is described. Also the contemporary state of the regulatory and legal framework of the religious organizations' and state institutions' functioning in Ukraine is determined by the author. Analyzed the Partnership between religious organizations and state institutions in social and humanitarian areas, specified prospects and problems of religious organizations in Ukraine in the context of building a democratic society.
