The basic aim of this work is finding new high-level and low-toxic agents with antimicrobial, antifungal, diuretic, anti-oxidant, anti-hypoxic, actoprotective, antipyretic, hypoglycemic and neuroprotective effect among S-substituted 5-(2-, 3-, 4-metoxyphenyl, 3,4,5-trimetoxyphenyl)-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones, establish-ment of regularities between chemical structure of synthesized compound and biological activity, selection and recommendation the most active compound for preclinical trial.
