The research work is devoted to raising the efficiency of surgical treatment for patientswith underlying precancerous conditions and early stages of vulvar cancer by using enzyme immunoassay combined with plastic surgery and electrosurgical welding of tissues. The morphological structural features for underlying precancerous conditions and early vulvar cancer have been established, with consideration for neurodystrophic damage to the vulva tissue. New results have been obtained while studying the clinical and morphological features of stage I and II primary vulvar cancer and cancer associated with lichen sclerosus. A new approach to the use of B. Paton's high-frequency electrosurgical welding of tissue during vulvectomy for patients with underlying precancerous conditions and early vulvar cancer has been suggested for the first time in the national medical practice. A set of diagnostic and treatment procedures has been developed and scientifically justified, allowing a 1.4 increase in the efficiency of surgical treatment using the above techniques and a 1/3 reduction in disease recurrence. The hospital time for patients after a simple vulvectomy using B. Paton's high-frequency electrosurgical equipment and tools has been reduced by 2.4 times, for patients after radical vulvectomy this time has been reduced by 2.3 times. New practical recommendations have been provided for the use of high-frequency welding of tissue in surgical treatment of precancerous conditions and early vulvar cancer.
