Thesis deals with the characteristics of thrombolytic therapy in patients with atherothrombotic and cardioembolic ischemic stroke subtypes. The analysis of the clinical, structural and hemodynamic parameters in patients in acute hemispheric cerebral infarction AD and CE genesis as during treatment of thrombolytic therapy in the case of traditional conservative treatment, and studied dynamics of neurological deficit, the functional recovery options cerebral blood flow in the early hour and late recovery period of ischemic stroke. The paper shows the performance of complex mapping data USDG, CT/MRI in the dynamics of the acute period of hemispheric ischemic stroke atherothrombotic and cardioembolic subtypes under the influence of thrombolytic therapy and shown its impact on the dynamics of disability and functional recovery of everyday life in patients 21 days and 1 a year after the disease. The systematization doppler performance in the acute period of hemispheric ischemic stroke distinguishing characteristic doppler flow types for whom thrombolytic therapy is indicated, and in which is not shown. The basic factors that influence the regression of neurological deficit as a 24 hour and 21 day illness
