Object - wounds after frostbite; goal – improve outcomes in patients with frostbite by improvement of wound healing process by improving the provision of assistance to the local hospital stage and conservative and surgical treatment technologies at the hospital stage; methods – pathomorphological, cytological, microbiological, hematological, immunological, clinical, biophysical, statistical; results – developed an effective technology of first-aid patients with frostbite; developed an apparatus for the study of the influence of microcurrent without external sources on microbial culture; it found an increase in the sensitivity of P. vulgaris to different antibiotics after prolonged exposure to it microcurrent without external sources; set positive morphological changes in the wounds of guinea pigs after prolonged action of the external sources without microcurrent under moist chamber; it established a positive impact microcurrent without an external source in a wet chamber at pathological, cytological and microbiological parameters and wound prints microcirculation and humoral immunity indices; expedience and it proved the possibility of successful treatment of patients with frostbite in a moist chamber h using microcurrent without external sources; branch – medicine.
