In the thesis the theoretical and experimental data on the use of feeding young quail, which is grown for meat brewers dried grain both separately and in combination with enzyme-probiotic supplements proenzym. Discovered direction change in performance, nutrient digestibility, nitrogen balance and contents of amino acids in the pectoral muscles. A study of morphological and biochemical composition of blood. Studied the morphology and chemical composition of carcasses. We recommend using the structure of brewers dried grain, through its inclusion in the rate of 4 %. For the highly efficient use of brewers dried grain to feed its feed composed of 8 % in combination with enzyme-probiotic supplements proenzym per 0.09 % for the 1–21-day age and 0,035 % – for 22–35-day age.
