Essay

The object of the research concerns to the process of formation and use of intellectual potential of the machine-building enterprises. The research refers to the theoretic, methodic and applied grounds and use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise. Author used methods: comparison, generalization, grouping, ordering, surveys, expert assessments, empirical research, index method, correlation and regression analysis, the method of economic and mathematical modeling, graphical method. The theoretical value of the dissertation is referred to the formation and use of intellectual potential of enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there are method of the parametre's priority of the administrative intellectual interaction, the process of the direction of the following formation of intellectual potential was improved, the method of analysis procedures of formation and use of intellectual potential of the enterprise, the categorical and conceptual apparatus of formation and use of intellectual potential of enterprise were developed, the decomposition of the interactive administrative process in the use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise, position of selecting the most optimal for the application of the priority criteria of intellectual products that are created from enterprise. The subject of the research is theoretically- methodological and applied the provisions on formation and use of intellectual potential of enterprise. The recommendations of author apply to processes of formation and use of enterprise. The scopes of author's recommendations using refer to enterprises.
