Kravchenko M. Advocates' civil responsibility for the infringement of obligations under the legal aid contract.

The dissertation is dedicated to the grounding of advocates' civil responsibility under the legal aid contract. The provision of the Section 14 of the Part 1 of the Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Bar and Legal Practice" on the prohibition to make an advocate criminally or otherwise responsible is argued against as the one that contradicts with the Part 3 of the Article 614 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Expediency of the imperative on the determination of advocate's civil responsibility is grounded, in case of his/her unduly performance under the legal aid contract, since an advocate is the robust party in this contract, it is concluded on the advocate's terms.
