The peculiarities of coronary artery disease (CAD) in male patients on the background of non-differentiated dysplasia of connective tissue (NDCT) were examined (105 patients with CAD on the background of NDCT and 105 - with CAD without NDCT). Markers of NDCT associated with complicated CAD course were detected. The heart hemodynamics pacularities and nature of the coronary arteries lesions were clarified. Diagnostic value of aldosterone levels in predicting the course of Q-myocardial infarction in patients with NDCT was found. Predictors of CAD morbidity on the background of NDCT were esablished.
