3. The dissertation is dedicated to improvement of the treatment of patients with eczema by means of combined and differentiated application of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action remedies based on dermatosis' clinical features and changes in particular variables of inflammatory mediators and prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis of patients. Clinical features of dermatosis, increase in serum neopterin content, certain cytokines, and growth of indices of lipid and protein structures oxidation are defined in patients with eczema; dependence of changes in the nature of the clinical course of dermatosis is studied. The improved method for eczema therapy with combined and differentiated application of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action remedies that significantly improves clinical and laboratory outcomes of dermatosis treatment is developed.
