The thesis is devoted to complex development of scientifically based proposals with regards to improving criminal-legal norms that provide responsibility for crimes in the sphere of economic activity for which the item includes excise duty stamps, control stamps, holographic security elements. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was determined, the genesis of criminal responsibility for socially dangerous acts on the abovementioned items was considered and foreign experience was studied in this matter.
