Scientific work is devotedincrease of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment submuсose myoma of uterus at women of reproductive age on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, endocrinological and immunohystochemystrical features, and alsoworking outand introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions with use modern endoscopical technologies and the directed medicamentous correction. The role submucose uterus myomas as independently, and in a combination to another genital pathology indevelopment of infringements of reproductive function is scientifically proved. Are presented clinical-ehografical, endocrinological, endoscopical and immunohystochemystrical features and their interrelation at development of infringements of reproductive function in women with submucose uterus myoma. The definition role reception is shown activity of fabrics of knotstoan estrogenand a progesterone for definition of tactics of the furthertreatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. Are presented endoscopical feature of submucose uterus myoma and condition of endometrium at women with infringements of reproductive function. The obtained data has allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions for restoration of reproductive function at women with submucose uterus myoma.
