The work is dedicated to the development, optimization and validation of methods for quantitative determination of phenylephrine hydrochloride in medicines of industrial and pharmacy production (by absorption spectrophotometry in the UV region, photometric using reagents such as 4-aminoantipyrine or 2,6-dichloroquinone-4-chloroimide, titrimetric). According to research issued one patent for useful model, the monograph for finished medicinal product "Phenylephrine hydrochloride solution for injections", the project for the monograph "Mesaton eye drops prepared in pharmacy conditions" and 1 information letter.
