Essay

Object of the research: referent and clinical strains of S.aureus, E.coli and P.aeruginosa, which are the main causative agents of wound infections; samples of water-soluble based ointments with 1.2% dioxydine, 0.1% ofloxacin and 0.1% levofloxacin. The aim - to ground microbiologically composition of the ointments, made on water-soluble base, to raise their antibacterial effect against the main causative agents of wound infections. Methods of the research - microbiological; biological; planimetric; mathematical statistical. Equipment: microscope, thermostat, autoclave, dry-heat oven, laboratory centrifuge, variable volume single-channel pipettes, laboratory scales, Densi-La-Meter (PLIVA - Lachema А.S., Czech Republic). It was proved that ciprofloxacin, gentamycin and clindamycin are the antibiotics of choice for the treatment of septic inflammatory skin and soft tissue processes, including those wound infections caused by S.еpidermidis and S.aureus; and norfloxacin, gentamycin, amikacin and ciprofloxacin - for those determined by E.сoli. The higher (2.2-2.6 fold) antimicrobial and wound healing efficiency of the oinment with antisepticss, namely, with dioxydine, compared to the oinments containing in their composition antibiotics, was proved. The degree of implementation: 1 patent, 1 application for a utility model of Ukarine, 6 acts of implementation. Scope (area) of application: medicine.
