In work the theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific and practical problems of hypertensive encephalopathy in patients with hypertension grade 2, are new solution of scientific problems determining the status of cerebral blood flow in elderly patients base don analysis of clinical and instrumental examination, which included studying the clinical features daily monitoring of blood pressure, state of cerebral hemodynamic and perfusion of the brain and optimized approaches to treatment and prevention. A technology assessment of cerebral blood flow during the development of hypertensive encephalopathy based on current clinical and neurological and neuro imaging methods. Proven features of the dynamic properties of fluctuations in systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, the average blood pressure throughout the day, determining the nature of the disease. On the basis of brain perfusion SPECT using developed new approaches to diagnosis and correction of hypertensive encephalopathy established reliable quantitative and qualitative relation ship between the duplex scanning and results of daily monitoring of blood pressure.
