A technology assessment of cerebral blood flow during the development of hypertensive encephalopathy based on current clinical and neurological and neuro imaging methods. Proven features of the dynamic properties of fluctuations in systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, the average blood pressure throughout the day, determining the nature of the disease. On the basis of brain perfusion SPECT using developed new approaches to diagnosis and correction of hypertensive encephalopathy established reliable quantitative and qualitative relation ship between the duplex scanning and results of daily monitoring of blood pressure.
