Yasynovskyi I. Implementation of the mediation procedure in Ukrainian legislation: theoretical and legal analysis

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of implementation of the mediation procedure in Ukrainian legislation. There was analyzed the existing doctrinal research of mediation, mediator and mediation procedure, was produced own approach to the theoretical and legal interpretation of this term and proposed the author's definition of it. It was proposed the author's understanding of the concept, features and principles of implementation of the mediation procedure in the legislation of Ukraine, given its advantages and disadvantages, identified and characterized the problems of implementation of the mediation procedure in the legislation of Ukraine, formulated its ways. In the dissertation it was developed the author's proposals as to improvement of the legislation of Ukraine in order to implement the mediation procedure in the legislation of Ukraine.
