Allakhverdiyev R. Prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with deficiency of body weight.

Object - obstetric and perinatal complications in women with deficiency of body weight (DBW); goal – reduce the incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with DBW by developing and implementing treatment and prevention at the stage pregravid preparation and during pregnancy; methods – clinical, laboratory, hardware, statistics; ; results – it clarified that DBW has 10.4% of pregnant women with DBW increases the likelihood of developing disorders of the reproductive function and the occurrence of obstetric and perinatal complications; for the first time found that women with DBW on stage pregravid preparation along with hormonal changes, stress is marked functional state of the calcium-phosphorus metabolism and bone metabolism, manifested by a reduced content of total calcium, parathyroid hormone, osteocalcin and vitamin D and decreased bone mineral density; before birth in women with DBW bone density decreases, increases the frequency of osteopenic syndrome that occurs as a result of calcium deficiency and calcium-hormones; proved that the use of the developed therapeutic and preventive measures for women with DBW, which include correction of a bone-metabolic, hormonal disorders, and eating disorders, a positive impact on functional status and bone mineral density, hormone metabolism, which in turn, improves the reproductive health, general condition of the woman, a positive effect on the course of pregnancy and its completion; branch – medicine.
