Essay

Criminal law characteristic of crimes committed by youth football fun groups' participants has been given, their status, structure and dynamics (as well as offender's person determinants and features of significance) have been disclosed. Set of measures for prevention of such crimes on general social and special criminological levels (with the definition of prioritized fields of cooperation between the law enforcement agencies and other bodies of power) and suggestions of legal and organizational nature have been offered.
