Essay

The object of research is the automated processing of multi-channel photogrammetric image based on wavelet transforms with providing positional invariance of formation conditions. The subject of research are the methods and computer-graphics technology geometric and radiometric correction and detection of multi-channel photogrammetric scanner images based on wavelet processing. Used the method of geometric modelin techniques, interpolation and approximation, methods of geometric transformations, wavelet transform theory. New: methodology for the selection of special points and contours based on wavelet transform adapted to the tasks of digital image analysis is offered and is proved; computer-graphics sub-pixel co-registration technology of multi-channel images which are connected with scaling and rotation transformations was developed; the impact of the wavelet transform multi-channel characteristics on the quality of image fusion was investigated; computer-graphics processing technology of photogrammetric scanner images based on the synergistic combination bicubic interpolation methods, HSV- and hyperspheric color transforms, wavelet analysis. The practical significance of the obtained results is confirmed the results of the implants in OOO "EOS DATA ANALYTICS Ukraine" (Dnipro), Dnipropetrovsk branch of the National Centre for Management and Testing of Space Resources "Dneprokosmos" (Dnipro) for thematic processing of aerospace multispectral images and into the teaching process of Oles Honchar Dnepropetrovsk National University.
