Essay

Thesis is devoted to improve efficiency of diamond drilling bits with a combined matrix while drilling exploration wells in hard rock with the help of the new superhard material - gibridayt. Methods and methodology for studying the influence of hybrid superhard materials on the mechanism of breaking rock with rotary drilling. Using a mathematical model of the evolution of the work profile of the diamond drill bit with a combined matrix, developed a new design of drill bit type BT-22, through by used of inserts gibridayt in the diamond matrix, can improve average driving of 1.52 times, while the mechanical speed drilling 1.4 times, compared with current serial bits.
