Essay

The object of study: organizational and economic mechanism of management for ecological-oriented development of renewable energy. Objective: improvement of theoretical and methodological bases of formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for ecological-oriented development of renewable energy. Methods: analytical and monographic; factor analysis; causal analysis; systematic and comprehensive approaches; statistical and economic. Theoretical and practical results: methodological developments and practical recommendations for the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for ecological-oriented development of renewable energy was developed, scientific and methodical bases of using green certificates in a number of economic mechanisms outside the main tradable green certificates system, structural and logic scheme of the institutional mechanism for ecological-oriented development of renewable energy, scientific and methodical approach to determining optimal scenario for investments to renewable energy were improved. Scientific and methodical approach to two-stage pricing for electricity from renewable energy resources under tradable green certificates system was further developed. Degree of implementation: the developments and practical recommendations practices were implemented in the activities of Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, engineering company "Rentehno" learning process of Sumy State University. The scope (area) of use: energy, economics of natural resources and environmental protection.
