Branovytskyi V. Redistribution of Prooerty in the context of transitive economy

The present thesis research, based on the interdisciplinary approach, provides a theoretical summary and suggests a new explanation of the relevant scientific task focused on formation of systematized concepts of the redistribution of property in the context of transitive economy. It gives justification to the idea of predominance of informal regulators in the activities of property subjects in Ukraine. It marks the new priorities in the strategy and tactics of market transformations. The thesis formulates particular suggestions as to how conduct institutional changes able to influence the further development of economy. The research carries out a complex analysis of the institutional environment of the redistribution of property based on the interdisciplinary approach, which reveals predominance of informal relations and institutions in comparison to formal ones, as well as spread of the so-called "institutional traps". Such an analysis of the economic principles of the redistribution of property is considered to be constructive in terms of methodology, since it reveals and gives the possibility to justify particular requirements which should be met by the functioning institutions.
