Chernyshov G. Financial fraud in investment and construction sphere: criminological research.

Dissertation is devoted to criminological research of financial fraud in investment and constmction sphere. The author provided criminal and legal characteristics of financial fraud, analyzed their indicators, examined mechanism of criminal activity, exposed and systemized characteristic features of people, who had committed these crimes, set peculiarities of the detennination of financial fraud in constmction. Based onthe results of research, the authorproposed scientific and substantiated directions for prevention of financial fraud in investment and constmction sphere on the basis of social and economic measures, means of criminal and legal influence and victimological prophylactics.
